1. Services

Tennis 4 Life, operated by Cory Witters, provides tennis instruction services including private lessons, group clinics, and junior development programs. By booking a lesson or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• Lessons must be paid for at the time of booking or before the session begins.
• We accept payment via credit card through our secure Stripe payment system.
• Lesson packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full credit or reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: 50% charge applies.
• No-shows: Full lesson fee is charged.
• Weather cancellations: Full credit for rescheduling will be provided.

4. Assumption of Risk

Tennis is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in lessons, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. For junior players, a parent or guardian must provide consent.

5. Conduct

We maintain a positive, respectful environment for all participants. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, profanity, or unsafe conduct, may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Liability

Tennis 4 Life and Cory Witters shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during lessons. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
